Keto smoothie plans for simple keto dinners. My most loved is the chocolate avocado smoothie! Make a smoothie for breakfast or attempt a Keto Shake.
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe Avocado
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
2/3 Cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk or Coconut Yogurt
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp Lime Juice
A squeeze of Mineral Salt
Stevia Sweetener to taste
Discretionary: Cocoa Nibs, Chia Seeds, Ground Flaxseed
Instruction:
Blend all fixings in a blender for 20 seconds. Include cocoa nibs toward the end for crunchy enhance. Offer and enjoy!
